Job Profile:
• Generate Business from market. Identifying sales opportunities through extensive market research. Maintaining database.
• New Customer acquisition activities.
• Following the sales process from start to close. Eager to expand company with new sales, existing clients & territories.
• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales target and expand our client base.
• Arranging Business meetings and one-on-one conversation with prospective clients.
• Responsible for making sales strategies, business proposals & presentations.
• Managing end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation.
• Building and maintaining strong relationship with all potential and existing clients.
• Creativity within sales techniques and marketing schemes.
• Ensure all the process, policies related to Sales Management, Business Planning, Account Management and Partner operational.
• Apart from your own sales closures, you will also train and manage a team of Business Development Executives/Inside Sales Executives and help them with their closures as well.
• Should have experience in the B2B lead generation. Should have experience to speak to “C” Level people in other organization.
• Proven working experience as a business development executive/manager role in an IT company.
• As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for introducing/Lunching/handling New or existing Service lines for the Company.
• Strong Communication, Presentation, Negotiation & Sales closing Skills.
• Must be proficient with MS-Office and CRM.
• Proven track record of sale success.
• MBA/BBA in Sales and Marketing is always preferable.
• 5+ years’ direct and inside sales experience.
• Ability to translate complicated technical jargon for the average consumer.
