Job Profile:
• Highly competent Pre-sales Consultant, experience in designing IT Infrastructure solutions.
• Extensive experience in proposing optimal and scalable solution to customers to meet their business goals by understanding their business challenges and needs.
• Extended presales support to the sales team for achieving the business needs of clients.
• Collaborating with various OEM’s to drive the technology within the organization and interact with the stakeholders in the best possible way to deliver to the end customer.
• Strong experience on tools like HP Iris Configurator, Cisco Dynamic tool configurator & Cisco OIP Tool for designing solution and preparing bill of material.
• Proficient in MS Visio & power point for architecting the Solution and project documentation.
• Strong crisis management, people management and interpersonal skills thereby coordinating with different teams to achieve the desired solution.
• Working closely with different technical team carrying out POC and deployment to ensure customer satisfaction and committed delivery.
• Understanding the customer’s business and technical requirements and design a competitive and optimal solution in and around IT Infrastructures.
• Engaging customers with technical presentations along with Sales Lead and suggesting to them the best possible solution and conducting demo for the customers and approach for the POC for the product.
• Helping Sales by doing Sales Pitch and highlighting the Use cases to the respective IT head and interacting with stakeholders at all levels of the customer’s organization, including CXO level executives, IT head, CISO, and IT administrators which helps in converting prospects to customers.
• Excellent English communication skill (oral & written) is mandatory.
